Sexual addiction is not that simple. See the post above about President Kennedy who surely was with lots of sex addicted women and was therefore being monitored and apparently threatened by Hoover In the meantime the press was starting to publish things about his sex life which could have destroyed his career. But he admittedly couldn't stop his risky behaviors.

There are people out there who are getting tons of sex from tons of other sex addicts. But they don't feel fine and dandy about it. They feel like they are slaves to their gonads. I have heard more than one of these types people, one seriously and one kind of jokingly, talk about how maybe if they got castrated they could get the monkey off their backs.
