Wow, 41 sounds like a lot! Do you mind if I ask how long it took to complete so many? Oh, but you feel that they benefitted you? And to answer your question, I drank 8 ounces. That's the amount Mariam Amash drank every day. About ten years ago or so, I corresponded with two different people who had interviewed her at different times. She told both of them she drank 1 glass every day, and when they inquired further (through interpreters), she said that was the equivalent of what we in the West measure as 8 ounces. Interestingly, both of those individual's interviews have disappeared from the net, and both of their email addresses are no longer active. But so yeah, I'm speaking of quite a large daily amount.
