Rife effective against E. coli uti?

I have had a chronic kidney infection for over two years, usually due to E. coli. Antibiotics are proving increasing ineffective. Due to liver injury, I have problems taking herbal antii infectives, eg buchu. Someone on another forum has suggested trying a Rife device. I am wondering if anyone has knowledge of the effectiveness of Rife against UTI's, and E. coli.in particular? If so, can anyone advise which components and frequencies I should be considering.
