dental implants payment help

Hi, i have had both jaws replaced and before it i had lovely teeth, after my second Op i could not move my jaws from side to side or backwards and forwards. My upper jaw badly overlapped my bottem jaw and caused a lot of problems for my lower teeth which sadly i eventually had to have them out i have been to hell and back dentures wont stay in and keep breaking. The one bottem tooth which is like the eye tooth just digs right in my upper gum so painfull i have now got an appointment for to have implants which is going to cost me a fortune, i just wondered if anyone has had this problem and they got any help from the NHS to pay for implants i need 2 or 3 with a bridge and i feel upset that its not my fault my teeh are ruined.
Many Thanks Lynn x
