I'm on Day 16, so far so good. :D
Problems came, I did't dwell too long in it.
I've been sad, I had negative thoughts, which all dissolved into nothing after a few minutes.
I don't know about you guys, but I lost nothing doing it. I gained better insight at almost everything.
