We need encouragement and here it is. I started listening to lectures from Abraham Hicks and found that yesterday went much better than I had even imagined. Instead of focusing on how badly I smelled, I focused on what makes me feel happy. While walking through Central Park, my thoughts were about blue jays, one of my favorite birds. As I was walking to my destination I saw two of them out of the clear blue sky. I kept my focus on them, children frolicking in the snow, dogs playing with other dogs, blues skies, the sunshine, the way the snow glistened and I honestly felt happy.
I learned that if I choose to think of what makes me happy, the Universe will support the happy vibrations that I exude. If I focus on smelling bad, that will continue to reverberate into the cells of my body and out into the Universe.
Please commit to focusing on what makes you happy for one day and let me know how you feel.
