Thank you for your reply. The fast is amazing. I am 50% better now. I do not have essential oil, but I do have eucalyptus and Vicks, which I can use for vapor. My back also feels much better. I am drinking warm water. I still have phlegm in my lungs, which is not budging, but I know the fast will take care of it.

I never have headaches, but this afternoon I had one for hours, with deep breathing it went away.
