colposcopy, no biopsy but discharge

Hi everyone,
5 days ago, i had a colposcopy because of an abnormality but while having the colposcopy, the nurse told me I'm perfectly fine and didn't do a biopsy...
Today when i was out shopping for only an hour, i came home to find my underwear had heavy discharge which was like lotion and white! No smell but just the area where discharge on underwear wud be, was heavily covered (sorry for this nasty image!)!
I did start exercising the next day and had slight discharge but it was pretty normal id say... I barely discharge anything on a regular day but still, after colposcopy, i shud think this discharge especially after exercising is considered normal.
So im just wondering without having a biopsy, is this heavy lotion-like dichrage normal after a colposcopy?
Feeling really down so need your helps :(
