of course you are now losing weight because of your low carbohydrate intake. Normal people can use fats to maintain or gain weight but if the gall bladder is congested with Gallstones then you wont digest the oils. Drink olive oil and follow it with lemon juice (to cut the taste) before going to sleep. that will cause the gall bladder to empty out its contents, including the stones.
