Bartholin abscess: tried almost everything!!

I'm on day 8 of suffering the most painful and debilitating thing I've ever experienced. What started out as a bartholin cyst (only my 2nd in 5 years) turned into a huge angry red stingingly painful lump that limits my ability to walk, sit, stand, use the bathroom, sneeze, cough, laugh...anything really! I am so so so sick of this! I've tried Epsom Salt sitz baths, I tried that Phoebe's method (OMG did it burn!!! and made it worse) I'm taking serrapeptase, I'm taking Systemic Health instead of Antibiotics (has raw garlic, goldenseal, etc)I'm putting a green salve on it each evening made from plantain and comfrey, and I'm spritzing a water-based spray of lavender & tea tree oil in my underwear every time I go to the restroom to keep the area somewhat clean. I bought some activated charcoal capsules and goldenseal powder to mix with kaolin clay to make a drawing salve that I'll try tonight. Can anyone think of anything else? I really don't want to go to the doctor but I'm almost at my wit's end!
