Re: Ozone water

I can't tell much about the effectiveness for these diseases, but I can tell you my personal experience while trying to treat Acne (wasn't effective in my case).

Personally I don't like the taste of ozonated water. Ok, I could force myself to drink it daily, but it takes at least 20minutes to make it and if you're making it in a cup, you can't stay in the same room because you can't breath-in the ozone fumes that's coming from it. Another way is to make it in a sealed glass bottle, so then you can stay in the same room while it's being made. And you have to drink it on empty stomach, so it doesn't react to the food. The water stays ozonated for a short period of time (takes only minutes before it looses most of the oxygen), so you can't take it too far from your home.

It's too complicated for me, especially when I'm at work or on the move. Others might have a different opinion. But it's just one of the many ways to heal yourself.

Good luck.
