Re: Why so constipated after flush??

I too felt very constipated from the olive oil for two days after the flush.
I noticed that there is some kind of chemical reaction after drinking the oil. It becomes extremely thick. When I was looking through what had come out of me the other end after consuming olive oil, it was very hard to wash it off my hands. Even four soap washes could not fully get rid of the oil.
It seems the olive oil almost serves as a kind of fly paper for stones, grabbing them along the way. Tweet
