Questions About The Plan - SIBO, gastritis, liver

Hi Dr Jeff,

I am having some success with my SIBO/Candida after taking bacillus subtilis by taking garlic pills, kefir and some chinese herbs and acupuncture. I am still running into roadblocks and will soon be adding Interfase my little protocol.

I am still struggling with liver issues and sometimes gastritis.

I have decided that if the Interfase doesn't work all the way, I am going to do the mccombs plan.

I have a few questions though;

1. will the bifidus in the probiotic aggregate my sibo?

2. how does the plan help the liver?

3. i believe my gastritis is caused by low stomach acid, as drinking apple cider vinegar seems to help it. if acv helps, and the undecenoic acid aggravates, can i use the acv on the first 8 weeks? or do you think hcl could help?

thanks dr jeff,
Laeyto
