My LF experience

I've been doing Master-Cleanse and Liver Flushes for over 7 years (about 20-25). My health improved dramatically.
I don't have allergies any more (I used to have severe allergies).
I haven't had a single flu or even cold in several years (I used to have 7-8 colds a year).
My skin improved 100%.
My menstrual period became regular (this is totally new for me). I've lost all the extra weight I had (for good!).
I don't crave junk food or Sugar any more. I totally enjoy plant/grain/nut food and water. (I used to have severe "sugar rollercoster" - turning pale and shake).

I've been searching for the TRUE way to improve health and stay that way for over 20 years, - I've found it.
I'm finally happy with the way I look and feel. Many thanks to Master-Cleanse and LF.
