Blastocytis treatment - anyone familiar with bactrum, paromycin & nystatin protocol??????

HI there, I have blastocytis hominis (as well as candida and roundworms and mycroplasma fermentis... the joys)....

I am seeing a new specialist and he has recommended treating the blastocytis first with Paromomycin, Bactrim and Nystatin for 2 months. Researching on the internet I have not really seen this treatment plan for Blasto.

Before I start this heavy drug schedule I want to make sure its the best/right approach - has anyone seen this treatment plan/had success?
