Well you took the words out of my mouth.
I am wondering the same things.
I am considering a consult with Dr. Clark as my labs look normal except I am unsure about the T3 to T4 ratio and I don't know anything about TgAb or TPO.
I'm having symptoms of hair loss (never good for a woman), cold etc. Two times I was tested I was negative to antibodies indicating Hashimoto's. I've not had too many problems since 2003 when I was first diagnosed only a little fluctuating between hyper and hypo and trouble with hair loss when Armour was out of stock. I've been on Nature Thyroid and lately trying to determine if WP Thyroid is better or worse for me. http://getrealthyroid.com/

Fillers differ basically WP Thyroid has coconut and chicory and Nature Throid Active Ingredient:

Thyroid USP (desiccated porcine thyroid)
*Lactose Monohydrate (Lactose is not added to our formula but it is already present in Thyroid USP raw material as a diluent per USP (United States Pharmacopeia). Lactose is not contraindicated for individuals with allergies to dairy, as lactose is a milk Sugar (vs. dairy allergies, which are caused by proteins in milk). It is, however, contraindicated for individuals with lactose intolerance. We have had many physicians reporting no side effects while using Nature-Throid with lactose intolerant patients. The amount is very small – less than 5 mg. per 1 Grain vs. 12,000 – 15,000 mg. in a typical 8 fl. oz. glass of milk.)

Inactive Ingredients:

Colloidal Silicon Dioxide
Dicalcium Phosphate
Magnesium Stearate
Microcrystalline Cellulose
Croscarmellose Sodium
Stearic Acid
Opadry II 85F19316 Clear – tablet coating

I loved the book, " Why Do I Still Have Thyroid Symptoms? when My Lab Tests Are Normal: a Revolutionary Breakthrough in Understanding Hashimoto's Disease and Hypothyroidism" Paperback – February 2, 2010 by Dr. Datis Kharrazian

but it was too complicated for me to translate into a plan. I am hoping that Dr. Clark can help me. I've watched a number of his videos and need to re listen to try and pick up practical helps.

I'm taking 1 grain of WP Thyroid in the early hours (between 3am and 5am) of the morning with 'empty' water (not with high alkaline water)- so as to not have the med affected by breakfast, supplements or even that tiny bit of calcium in the water. An endo told me to keep calcium supplements away from the med because it can negate the medicine.
Did you learn any more about Dr. David Clark?
