Brain Fog, psoriasis

The more I read on the internet the more I get confused.
Backstory- July, cough, cold symptoms- Sept/October, everyone else got better my sinuses were in terrible shape, diagnosed sinus infection. 5 days Zpak, 15 days amoxicilin. No more fever but still stuffy sinuses and congestion. Had slight yeast infection that cured up with no more Antibiotics and probotics in the form of keifer

Mid November - crazy brain fog, dizziness, tired, limbs felt heavy. Lots of research - went gluten free and mostly dairy free (save a few greek yogurts here and there, have never had food allergies ) went out to Colorado felt better 3 days into the trip. (I live in VA)

December general blood test comes back fine but Low Vitamin D. Start on Anti Candida diet cause seemed like from everything I was reading that's what I had. Lots of raw garlic, olive leaf extract, Candida Now supplements, probiotics. Went to the Dominican Republic and felt amazing for an entire week, tons of energy, no brain fog, not one time, ate no processed food but had rice and beans and fruit (as is the way down there or you don't eat but still felt great) Got back and within one day brain fog/dizziness has returned. Now I also have a flair up of psoriasis. I have had very little stomach issues (besides being hungry all the time cause I'm eating less calories) my stool does have air bubbles in it. I have no idea why I felt great being away and now I feel horrible again. HELP!
