GUYS! I'm 5'3", female weighing in at roughly 180. If I do a one week Water Fast how much do you think I can drop? How about two weeks?Honest opinions please! I'm aware of the dangers but also of the pros. My doc says I'm close to getting diabetes and am developing insulin resistance so to start dropping soon. Help! <3 any feedback is helpful! (cut out all sweets and bread. don't really eat meat.) I'm in college. I don't mind drinking water all day. I've one a five day Water Fast before. c: don't remember my results. I want to drop before Valentine's Day!
