I would kind of try it slowly.

Increase the amount of fat in your diet.

Try flush with 1/5 of the amount of everything.

Then with 1/4 of the amount and so on.

Beware, 50% of all Extra-Virgin Olive-Oil on the market is not Extra-Virgin Olive-Oil .

Due to its high price, it is often mixed with other oils for profit.
