Chronic Brain Fog / Insomnia / Head Pressure / Concentration Problems and more.


Hello everyone.

I have been disabled level sick for about 4-5 years. My symptoms are extreme, and include...

- Extreme Insomnia (trouble falling asleep, trouble staying asleep, frequently have nights with zero sleep)
- Chronically Exhausted
- Pressure in my head ALL THE TIME
- Concentration Problems
- Memory Problems
- Digestive Problems (had to goto the hospital because food stopped digesting and I got terrible stomach pain)
- Zero Libido
- Chronically Congested
- Chronic Bad Breath
- Vary from constipated to diarrhea and almost never normal
- SO EXHAUSTED ALL THE TIME
- Depression
- Anxiety
- Prostate Pain
- Lots of burping / farting from eating.

Tests I have taken:
- Multiple stool tests each revealing dysbiosis (I'll have the results of the most comprehensive available - Genova GI Effects - on the 27th). Previous tests showed No Growth for Lactobacillus, and very low growth for Bifidobacterum, plus H. Pylori and Streptococos overgrowth. I have VERY BAD fat malabsorption as well.
- Blood tests which show consistently below range vitamin D, and below range White Blood Cells. I have been tested for HIV, I don't have it. My thyroid has been tested and everything is within range. My cortisol was not tested recently (I will likely get a test done in 2 weeks), but previously it showed slightly above range values at 12:00AM and 4:00AM.
- Genova Triad test which showed some 1/2 mutation methylation problems, low serotonin, low dopamine, more indications of intestinal overgrowth, and various other problems. My food allergy test only showed Casein and Eggs to be extremely reactive.

What Have I Done!?!?
- Exercise: For the past 3 years I have worked out 5 days a week doing weight lifting, and I do twice weekly interval training as well.
- Food: I eat healthier than any person I have ever even read about, I eat huge quantities of varying vegetables, raw organic sprouted nuts, grass fed organic meat from a local farmer, no grains, no dairy, little to no carbohydrates in general.
- Vitamins: I have spent thousands of dollars on vitamins intended to treat Methylation problems (little to no improvement). I have spent thousands of dollars on vitamins to treat intestinal dysbiosis and chinese herbs for insomnia (GREAT IMPROVEMENT during this time, but after 2 months of feeling much much better, the insomnia gradually came back, and I gradually felt worse and worse until I am back to where I started).


Where I am at:
I believe that the intestinal dysbiosis is the cause, but I can't seem to get rid of it. My digestion is totally and completely f***ed. I have multiple pathogens, but my immune system does not seem capable of fighting them off even with a crapload of herbs designed to kill them getting dumped down my gut.

My questions are, has anyone recovered from something this bad?

And what is the Nuclear option? I want to be AGGRESSIVE with treatment. I have tried every single dietary and lifestyle change recommended, but nothing makes a difference. I want to PURGE THIS SHIT IMMEDIATELY. Please advise... thanks for any help... I'm seriously at the very end of my rope. I need improvement, or this just isn't worth it anymore.
