My experience with UC was having loose watery stools with mucus, and blood.

Yellow in stools could mean bile, which points to gall bladder/liver, but that's just a guess.

If you're not getting information from your doctor, maybe you need a new one. Maybe one that practices alternative medicine.

Surely they can run blood test to see what's out of whack.
