That elusive 'iodine sufficiency'....

Just when you think you're there.......BAM!!!!...you get hammered with a reminder that you're not even close!
This or that flares up and before you know it, you're on a forum asking "What the hell is going on???"

Reality eventually sets in, and you come to the realization that Iodine isnt the magical cure-all that you thought it was.
You thought you could flood the inside of your body with that stuff and when that mystical 'iodine sufficiency' level was achieved, life would be wonderful and you would finally be disease-free.
