Crunchy air bubble feeling in head/neck

For a few years I have been developing this odd crunchy air-bubble feeling all over my head and neck. If I press down on my skin it feels like air bubbles are rupturing. While looking for possible explanations I looked into a condition called Subcutaneous emphysema. My overall health issues were probably due to Aspergillus poisoning. I had to get sinus surgery done and have problems with high histamine and adrenal fatigue. I still have lots of sinus pressure especially when I bend over and unexplained chronic swollen lymph nodes, possibly being a form of sarcoidosis.

If anyone has info on any possible causes and explanation that would be helpful.
Also what type of medical, holistic and surgical options would a person have?

Thanks
