What is the easiest, quickest most cost effective formula to pass the stones naturally.

I have a large kidney stone in my right kidney which is about 4mm.

It is not causing any severe discomfort but I do notice it from time to time.

I need to pas it naturally.

I have organic Apple Cider Vinegar which I mix with manuka honey but it is not working and after a week of taking it has starting causing digestive issues which I guess is related to the vinegar. Even when mixed with honey it is too strong for my digestive system.
