Coke liver flush: 3 questions

Thinking of doing Coke Liver Flush suggested by Dr. Sutter.

3 questions:

- should one stay on dewormer for all 3 days of the flush (from starting Apple Cider plus Ultraphos liquid) to the day of flush?

- should one eat no fat food during all 3 days (no dairy, no nuts etc.), or these can be taken?

- I'm not a pop person, is Coke regular different from Coke Classic? I live in Canada, and have to see which one is available. Would using Coke regular make the result different? (Doc suggests Coke Classic)
