My father in law is a dentist and I haven't been to him in 4 years - it's been hard to not go but ....I have had less tooth sensitivity, I used to get cavities all of the time, haven't had either one since I quit going to get fluoride treatments.

I will NEVER get one again. My teeth are better now at 41 than they have ever been in my entire life. I struggled with my teeth all of my life. You can see my kindergarten up to 3rd grade pix and see my teeth FULL of cavities. We ate really good and no sodas were allowed in my house, so this was not the case. Sweets were a rarity - so I know it wasn't my diet.

It's so sad that we've been taught that fluoride is the way to keep teeth healthy.
