Mirena, pregnancy

So I've had the Mirena iud in for 2 years. I know tmi but my boyfriend and I had unprotected sex Sunday night, Monday afternoon my mirena fell out! Well Tuesday night we did again and I woke up this morning heavily bleeding which I've been told would happen but would there be a chance I could be pregnant that quick?
