The yellow liquid you are referring to

The yellow liquid you are referring to during flushes is most likely your bile. I haven't seen it, just guessing.

It can be green, black, yellow, even rarely orange and red.

If you are waiting to get to the point where you don't get any bile during flushes ... it will take some time :))
