Day 7 no energy yet - what's wrong?
I started the Master-Cleanse to loose weight since I'm getting married in 2 months and have been putting on weight because of my anxiety eating.
I am on day 7 and have not been able to feel energy at all, I've conquered the hunger pangs, but I feel lethargic all day - is that ok?
