Re: Germanium

Much of life health is governed by enzyme activity. These substances, germanium, boron, etc., can alter enzyme activity.

Boron effects in men increase testosterone, I believe by enhancing conversion of T to DHT, which in my case made some of my hair fall out - accelerated aging effect. Fortunately, I recognized it and took countermeasures and can now "feel" it growing back. I probably had enough boron or a right amount already from diet.

So, be careful and informed before going after germanium or whatever. Last thing some might want to do, is accelerate the aging process by enhancing enzyme activity.

Effects of minerals can be different in women and men, of course. Also, the person's history of diet, vaccine, genetics, toxins, etc. are different. So sometimes there is variation in effect. i.e., if substance X has a particular affect in some individual, it might not have the same effect in others, for these reasons.
