Only 10-12 % of iode is absorbed through the skin !

..."it has been 9 months since I was first putting "few drops" of Lugols on my skin"...

Putting "few drops" on your skin will not cause you a fall-out of eyebrow hair or a non-stop ringing in your ears 9 months later ! Just to pick up only two of many symptoms you claim.
