If you juice fresh plant, and you add between 25% and 50% grain alcohol into that juice, you will preserve the juice with alcohol, in other words, you can drink that juice later, several years later.
I call it juice preserved with alcohol, cause you will have a lot of water in it, so it will be in reality more like juice or like wine.
By adding some c vitamin to the juice, you will also preserve the color, as color tend to change after some time.
