Removing moles naturally

I'm trying to remove my moles with castor oil mixed with baking soda, it's been a week now, I've heard it may take up to two months. Did anyone of you try this? Is it effective? Or perhaps there are better ways to remove them?

Also a question about birthmarks. Can they be removed naturally as well?
