Help with skin,condition

Itching crawling stinging sensation .
Brown spots that look like freckles.
Red spots that scab over.
Hair,and eyelash loss.
Complete numbness in genital,area.
Skin numbness.
Loss,of appetite and sexual drive .
Scabs,on,scalp.
can anyone offer me,advice on,wh
at this could be.

It's been going on for three years and noone else seems to be infected.
I have two daughters,who live with me and,they do not think theres a problem.one of the girls,has some brown spots but she says they are just freckles. The,other has,excema that has flared in last three years.
Doctors all insist it's not scabies.
