How to take CDS with MMS

Questions on CDS and Miracle-Mineral-Supplement ...

I have used Miracle-Mineral-Supplement and would like to start using CDS with the drop shot method. I am curious, I have 1 litre glass mason jars with metal lids. I have read a lot that plastic lids should be used, Can I use the metal lids though? Or is it going to react with the solution?

Also, How do I know how much to take after the 1 liter of CDS is ready after 12-14 hours? Do I just keep opening the mason jar and pouring out a certain amount of the solution throughout the day? Should I drink it all at once? 200 ml each sitting? Not alot of information on how to take the solution afterwards.
