Acne caused by root canal?

I have a dry skin type.
I had peeling lips (sometimes swelling lips) all my life, it's a big problem especially during winter time, nothing seems to helping really.

I had mild Acne on my face since I was probably about 15 years old, but in the past 12 months I had worst SEVERE Acne in my life (I'm 29 years old now).
Things that could possibly aggravated my acne:

-I've had quite a lot of sleepless nights in a row, due to working in several jobs.

-I've tried to foolishly get rid of my Acne by repeatedly pushing out the puss of the acne cysts, possibly my blood got infected.

-I had 4 moles removed by laser surgeries (2 of them on my face, 1 on my neck and 1 on my arm) exactly 12 months ago!

-I had my first ever root canal done exactly 12 months ago! Lately I started feeling some pain in the tooth, so I've started thinking, maybe the bacteria in the root canal is making my acne worse.

I would really appreciate if you guys could give me some advices, what do you think could be the cause for my skin problems and how should I heal it? Thank you. Tweet
