Sorry for the late reply, I never get notifications that I ask for. Hmmmm.

Anywho! Yes, it was 1 gallon within a 24 hour period. I treated it like the milk diet I did, I sipped on it throughout the time I was awake...which was more like 18-20 hours.

It's been a little over 2 months since I drank it and still no issues. If I am able to get more, I will definitely take it again, as it cannot hurt.
