Medical grade vs non medical grade

I want to know the differences between this two types of ozonators.

What are the differences of a non medical grade unit, like ASO 250 or Enaly 1000BT if they are fed with pure oxygen with respect a medical grade ozonator?

There is any difference in making one glass of ozonated olive oil with a Nature Kleen, or an ASO 250/Enaly 1000BT fed with oxygen or a super hyper atomic medical grade ozonator of 1 000 000 $??

The cell of a medical grade ozonator vary the quality of the ozone produced or only the production flux?
