How to increase very low diastolic blood pressure naturally with proportionate increase in systolic blood pressure
Hello: I am a female, a senior, very thin and have always had low blood pressure between 110-90 systolic and 75-65 diastolic and this has never been an issue in the past. I also have h pylori, GERD, very low hydrochloric acid.
However, I have very high eye pressure (glaucoma with a lot of optic nerve damage) so my Glaucoma Specialist added Alphagan P (another eye drop to lower my eye pressure). Alphagan P has many side effects, one of them for lowering the blood pressure. Also in Gluacoma patients the diastolic blood pressure should not be low or lower than at least 75. Since taking this eye drop my blood pressure has gone down to 73/42 with pulse at 90 2-3 hours after the insertion and also taking salt drink before breakfast… after I have had 2 more glasses of water with ¼ tsp salt the blood pressure increased to 120/65/80 pulse. Then again after lunch and 2 more glasses of water with ¼ tsp salt the systolic blood pressure increased to 127 and diastolic remained at 65 with pulse at 75. Today after increasing salt more before breakfast and after breakfast and 1-1/2 hours drop insertion the pressure is 123/61/99 pulse. This shows that there is resistance for diastolic pressure even with salt and the proportionate increase for systolic to diastolic is 3 to 1.
I understand that black strap molasses lowers blood pressure..
my aim is to increase the diastolic pressure.
I really need to apply Alphagan P drops as they have already decreased my eye pressure a bit, the alternatives are surgeries with 50 to 50 chance. I am supposed to apply these drops 2x a day but have just been applying once in the morning and do not want to take a chance for my blood pressure dipping even lower.
Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
Thank you very much
