I have been living with Muscular Dystrophy since I was a child. Diagnosed at 25, and taking COQ10 for 10 plus years. I recently began taking the flax seed per my auntie's suggestion for weight loss. I noticed a huge difference between taking the two. Flax seed is much more cost-effective, doesn't take long for me to feel better, and it gives my muscles a longer boost. I take the Q10 because that is what I am used to.
