Really really nice!!! i have rosacea, and by far the things that most helped me are: Changing my diet, avoiding EMF and eating LOTS of offal (every day). These are cow liver, heart and kidney. These cuts have tons of Magnesium, zinc CoEnzQ10, Selenium, copper, iron,GUT HEALING AMINOACIDS, and Fat-Soluble vitamins (A,D,K, and E)
I will try taking vitamin C, E and D supplements and maybe zinc also, i will let you know
