I just did the 3 day palm fiber cleanse. I ate full meals on the first day of the pre cleanse. The second day I fasted, I should have done a salt water flush to evacuate the colon before the cleanse.

I did the cleanse and didn't release any of the long thick mucous plaque. My bowel movements just
Looked normal. I don't know if the cleanse just doesn't work, or I didn't have any to release, or not having done a salt water flush before affected it at all. It may be a scam. But if you try it and have success that would be great and I would try and buy the cleanse kit again.
