Is Water Titration with Valium dependable?

Just a quick question Uny... or anyone with experience.

I'm looking for a more slow, accurate way of tapering Valium, and I've heard back and forth on if using water with Valium pills is safe... because of not being sure whether or not Valium dissolves in water and makes an equally distributed suspension.

I've made progress. I'm down to 10mg from 15mg in June... but I've really started to hurt the past few weeks... and am looking more into a micro-taper type style.

Also, I do have a scale to .001g.... Is the active ingredients in the pill equally distributed enough to shave pills slowly?
