How do you know the candida overgrowth is resolved?

(Sorry for the repeat, but I asked this question around the Thanksgiving holiday, so I think you may have missed it. :)

How do you know when the candida is effectively gone or down to manageable levels? I know my athletes foot is almost clear, no more itchy ears, and no white coating on tongue. So those are good signs. Still, other than the length of your protocol, how can you be sure one is finished with treatment? Thanks!!
