A couple of suggestions.

Mix up a general mouthwash by putting 4 ml of Miracle-Mineral-Supplement in 500 ml of water. Try to use this 5 - 6 times a day. When using try to keep swishing for at least a minute with two minutes being better.

The next solution involves a little different activation. Mix up your normal mix but let it activate for 10 minutes before adding the additional water. This will allow additional chlorine dioxide to form and that may be what is needed to penetrate the gum tissue to get to the root of the tooth. If you have pockets around the tooth you can direct the solution by using a pet syringe with a curved tip. The target of this solution is to have about 100 PPM free chlorine dioxide and the solution should have a pH of around 5.5.
