HEY!!
I fasted 23 days last year and was scary skinny at 108, Im 5'7". I was afraid of losing muscle and had to go back to work. so could not go longer... I dont see when I could 30/30/30.. i have to work..

the tumor did shrink last time because the HUGE bump on my belly was gone...
I am being realistic and hoping to shrink it as much as possible in 21 days of water and 12 days of juice into the MRI... I am going back to work.. hense the juice and not water for 12 days..
Just want to se proof on MRI that it can be shrunk.. then maybe next year she can do surgery and get it out when its small...
I am not drinking much.... I am not thirsty... and water tastes yukky!

Yes. it goes down when I fast and gets big again when I eat.. I eat a lot of Sugar in the form of fruit and do not see this stopping..
