I think I'm infected with spiny headed worms

So these worms push out their spiny barbed heads into intestines of the host. Just a guess but maybe when I take a dewormer they are chased out of the organs to the rest of the body where they are safer. I notice most of my symptoms in my feet and hands. They are pin prick and vibrating sensations. Maybe the pin pricks are the worms trying to poke into the skin thinking it is the intestines. Maybe this is what I saw coming out of my skin.

If I soak my legs and hands in cold water the pricks go away for awhile, maybe the cold forces them to other parts of the body or deeper into the body. When I take this dewormer I am going to soak my extremities in cold water after to keep them in the organs. These are all guesses but I really don't have much else to go on to explain this strange thing! I will let you know if this works out. Tweet
