"Other officers nearby run up to break the two of them up"
Why did the these other officers run to break up the scuffle? Hasn't it become the norm that when nearby officers see a fellow officer having difficulty hassling a citizen that they run to pile onto and restrain the citizen so that fellow officer can then proceed to bash citizen to a bloody pulp? Why did Jackson not resort to shooting Ramas in the head point blank and then claim it was warranted use of deadly force because the citizen talked back and refused to bow down .... in Miami of all places? ....... strange.
