It is sold as 35% pure grade H2O2, already diluted, follow all the precautions on handling, keep refrigerated
I take 6 drops a cpl of times daily in Juice, tastes bad to me but wife is fine with the taste, always take either 30 minutes before or after food, we take it during the day, mornings would be fine on an empty stomach
