Yes I am taking all recommended supplements. The only one I am not consistent on is the salt. I slowed down on the salt loading (only in the last month) caus I was bloating. I notice on my 2 days off I dont bloat and pain in toes goes away. I had read somewhere about something called bromide. Not sure what that is or what to do about it. I just kniw pain in joints was a symptom. ??
